MARASH EMBROIDERY WORKSHOP
Two-day workshop taught by ALMA Textile Curator Susan Lind-Sinanian

Come learn about Marash embroidery, an ancient Armenian art form also known as Armenian interlaced embroidery, in this two-day workshop taught by ALMA Textile Curator Susan Lind-Sinanian.

Susan will teach you the Marash embroidery basics and show beautiful examples from ALMA's texitle collection that date back to the early 19th and 20th century.

This course is suitable for mature teenagers and adults only.
